A Federal Intelligence Agency needed to modernize data analytics capabilities to enhance workforce management, optimize technology systems, and improve operational efficiency. The agency faced challenges managing and maintaining multiple applications concurrently while dealing with technical debt and disparate systems across multiple security domains. Harmonizing data from 25+ systems into a unified platform required implementing adaptive workflows and self-service analytics. The agency needed solutions for advanced data visualization, predictive analytics, and automated reporting to enable actionable insights for the Federal Intelligence Agency’s 16,000+ employees. Agile Application Management | We deployed multiple Agile teams to manage development and integration across 20+ applications. Agile practices, including bi-weekly sprints and backlog prioritization, enabled efficient delivery of new features.

ISSOs conducted weekly vulnerability assessments, remediating findings using Trellix and Splunk. Our configuration management team handled Storage Area Networks (SANs), virtual machines, and databases to meet operational demands, sustaining 170+ application databases and monitoring 100+ database tasks.
Training and SOPs | We delivered monthly training sessions and developed five Tableau self-service functionality SOPs, empowering agency staff to run tailored queries and dashboards. We hosted “Innovation Days” to identify new technologies and discuss roadmaps for ongoing advancements.
