Carl Eastley leads Kentro’s IT Infrastructure function, closely aligning IT services to business success. With 26 years of IT experience across multiple industries, his Federal IT leadership enables strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of our internal IT environment in compliance with agency requirements. He ensures secure, scalable, and resilient technology foundations that enable corporate growth, operational performance, and employee productivity. He leads infrastructure strategy development, cybersecurity alignment, asset and licensing governance, and enterprise platform operations across HR, Contracts, Finance, Business Development, and Delivery teams. As an internal-facing executive, this role drives modernization, cost stewardship, and business-aligned digital enablement while strengthening the organization’s readiness for growth and compliance requirements (including CMMC, CMMI, and ISO).
