Salesforce – Modernizing Case Management and Compliance Tracking
Kentro modernized a Federal Civilian Agency’s case management and compliance systems on Salesforce, replacing legacy Lotus Notes applications. Using SAFe, DevSecOps, and ITIL 4 best practices, the team introduced Agile workflows, automated testing, and secure development pipelines. Kentro delivered the MVP of the Litigation Case Management application with 109 user stories two months ahead of schedule and completed updates to support new AD/CVD trade regulations.
