Kentro Awarded USPTO Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Division Support Services Contract

Kentro is proud to announce our selection as the prime contractor for the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Division Support Services effort.
USPTO’s HRIS Division plays a key role in managing and improving the agency’s human capital technologies, including HRConnect, an enterprise HR platform that supports efficient personnel actions, data accuracy, and employee services across federal organizations.
This partnership strengthens Kentro’s commitment to people-centered solutions, mission-aligned innovation, and trusted expertise in federal human capital modernization. Our work will reflect Kentro’s values and our focus on delivering outcomes that sit at the core of more for our customers and their workforce.
Under this award, Kentro will:
- Strengthen and optimize the HRConnect environment
• Improve HR technology operations and processes
• Provide website administration and Tier 1 HR systems support
• Advance HR reporting, analytics, and data capabilities
• Support testing, training, and communication for new system functionality
Our team will work closely with USPTO to enhance HR service delivery and expand access to automated human capital solutions that support the agency’s mission and the people who carry it forward.
