IT Concepts was awarded a multi-dollar, multi-year contract with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) to develop an Intelligence Mission Data Tool (IMDT). The purpose of the contract is to update, sustain, operate and enhance a software tool capability to be used by members of the acquisition, requirements, operational and intelligence communities to support and aid in the identification of intelligence requirements, management of priorities, planning and production of intelligence products, enterprise data analytics, communication and other associated processes. Work will be conducted in Vienna and Charlottesville, Virginia, with an expected completion date of June 2025. This highly competitive contract was awarded through an 8(a) set-aside.

Ben Peden, Director of Business Development, noted

“The project itself is extremely fascinating in that we are asked to sustain the existence of two previously built tools developed by two different vendors in different architecture frameworks and formulate a technical roadmap which ends with a consolidated tool that not only captures all requirements from the existing tools, but enhances it into one tool on DIA’s new architecture framework. Lastly, this win signifies ITC as an innovative thought leaders in the areas of DevSecOps, Cloud Computing, Software Development, Data Science, and MicroServices.”

Note that in 2025, IT Concepts, Inc. began doing business as Kentro.
