INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ROADSHOW: Hosted by Kentro | Tampa, Florida October 26 – October 28, 2026

Building the Next Generation of Government Technology Partnerships

Industry Innovators are invited to the IT Roadshow in Tampa, FL to present emerging capabilities that could transform operations at the enterprise, operational, and tactical levels for U.S. government technology leaders.

This is not a procurement event. It is a technology scouting forum and an opportunity for companies with genuinely differentiated solutions to showcase their work in front of Kentro’s innovation leads for potential programming requirements within USSOCOM.  Government representation may include the US Marine Corps, Army, Air Force, and Navy.

What We Are Looking For

We are interested in capabilities across the following domains:

Advanced Energy Systems | Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning | Data Science | Edge Computing | Internet of Things | Information Technology | Robotics and Autonomous Systems | SOF Operations | Virtual Reality

The government is focused on five priority challenge areas:

  • Technologies that support or advance DoW CIO and DoW CDAO strategies Emphasis areas include Zero Trust (Target & Advanced), Cyber Supply Chain Management, Tactical Operational Technology, Quantum Resistance, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Modern Software Practices, Network Modernization, and the DOD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF).
  • Doing more with fewer tools
    How can we reduce tool sprawl while ensuring secure, resilient, reliable, and timely capability lifecycle management?
  • Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) for Information Domain operations
    How can AGI support the operations and maintenance of enterprise, operational, and tactical networks while adhering to Responsible AI principles and AI governance?
  • Power generation, storage, and management
    What solutions can efficiently power enterprise technology environments—including data centers and tactical operations centers—while addressing heat mitigation across diverse operating environments?
  • Secure high-throughput data transmission
    How can we achieve low-signature, high-throughput data transmission in both fixed and mobile environments?

Event Format

The Roadshow runs Monday, October 26 through Wednesday, October 28. Eight 1-hour presentation slots are available each day, beginning at 9:00 AM ET. Slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to Kentro’s approval. The specific venue in Tampa, FL will be confirmed upon acceptance.

Presentation Requirements

Kentro is looking for new and specific solutions — not general company overviews.

Each presentation should include:

  • An architectural breakdown of the capability
  • Identified risks, constraints, and relevant policies or regulations
  • An analysis of how and why the capability achieves its intended effects
  • Initial market research or performance data across relevant environments, where available
  • A technology development roadmap with potential paths to implementation

Companies presenting future or hypothetical technologies should submit a white paper addressing the points above in lieu of or alongside their presentation

How to Apply

  • Company name and website
  • Point-of-contact information
  • A focused marketing attachment describing the specific IT solution you intend to present (general company overviews will not be considered)
  • Any NDA you would like the Kentro team to sign

Applications are due no later than 11:00 AM ET on October 16th, 2026.

Applicants will be notified of acceptance or denial on a rolling basis.

 Timeline

  • September 1 – October 15th | Application window open.
    Developers, technologists, engineers, and subject matter experts from industry, academia, government, and national labs are encouraged to apply — particularly those with expertise in SOF mission environments.
  • October 16th | Application deadline and SME review period.
    Selected participants will be notified on a rolling basis.
  • October 26 – October 28 | Roadshow event, Tampa, FL.

What Comes Next

Following the Roadshow, Kentro will evaluate all technology and documentation presented, prioritize capability concepts and present any capabilities that we believe could add value, along with corresponding implementation methods, to our government customers for further discussion.

  • All presenters must be US Citizens and able to show proof of citizenship.
  • All materials, presentations, and discussions will be conducted at the **UNCLASSIFIED** level – do not send or discuss classified information unless specifically requested to do so.
  • Future Awardees may be required to comply with NIST SP 800-171, *Protecting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in Non-Federal Systems and Organizations* and any other additional applicable government requirements Participation in this event does not serve as a guarantee of any future awards.
